Quantum FinData was engaged by a leading pharma client to lead Finance Data Design. We defined and implemented S/4HANA enterprise data standards for Record-to-Report (R2R), covering master, reference, transactional, and metadata. We managed the data design scope, migration strategy, and deployment across four country releases in SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, and integrated systems

In partnership with Deloitte, Quantum FinData delivered a legal entity split (SAP carve‑out) for the naval marine and engine manufacturing unit in the United States. Scope included SAP legal entity separation, profit centre and cost centre splits per contract, transactional data segmentation, and trial balance reconciliation. This case demonstrates our ability to execute complex, large‑scale SAP carve‑outs by combining deep functional expertise with practical business acumen—not just technology delivery.

Partnering with Deloitte, Quantum FinData led the end‑to‑end data design and migration, including the Extract–Transform–Cleanse–Profile–Load–Validate process. We built and managed integrated project plans, dependencies, and implementation across two releases covering four locations. We also led the historical data migration strategy to include both balance sheet and P&L data.
